I am using a customized post template. If I select the “video” post type, it seems that the video is showed at the thumbnails, but the main post image shows a video capture instead of the video itself.
Is it possible that the video set at the post featured video setting would be displayed at the post header?

At this link you could see that the video is not shown nor played at the header of the post. At the attached screenshots, the video is set as Video type, the video link is set at the Featured Video setting and the post template is configured as one of the Cloud Template templates “Single Template”.

Hi AlbertoJR actualy I think that is no need to send the email, the video is not play inside the article because the single post template that you are using from tagDiv Cloud Library is using a Single Post Bg Featured Image and this can not run videos, you need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/WbdLRTO.png -> https://i.imgur.com/72a9TYt.png (use the right click to remove the element) and add/set the Single Post Featured Image -> https://i.imgur.com/N8XID7I.png -> https://i.imgur.com/8C9LNby.png after that save the template and the video will play inside the article page (inside the post).

Would it be possible to edit the element name from Single Post Featured Image to something that indicates that a video can be displayed at this element?
I think current element name is a bit confusing.

Hi AlbertoJR the element Single Post Featured Image can display all the posts formats that our theme has -> https://i.imgur.com/j9D5zG6.png (is a general element) and Single Post Bg Featured Image is an element make special only for featured images (posts with featured images), indeed this can be a little confuse first time, but now i think that everything is clear, the Single Post Featured Image can be use for all posts formats and Single Post Bg Featured Image only for image format.
I will make a suggestion to our developers to see if they can set a text or something to make this more clear.
