Hey, I need a Popular Posts loop which I managed to output. Now I need to transfer the views count for the articles (earlier the site I built used AddThis – it’s an html site, I’m transferring it into the WP).
So, I need to be able to consider those counters. I saw “Post views source” dropdown. Does that mean I can use AddThis? If not, how can I change this meta field? I’ve tried the WP-PostViews Plugin – it gives custom fields, though when I edit it – it doesn’t influence the counter of the theme. Could you please assist in this qstn? Thanks.

If you want to set manually the posts view counts, you can do it without plugins, go in posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png chnage it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png and check the results.

great, thanks, though I’ve tried that same path before and it didn’t work, but who would believe. Now, could you please also tell about the AddThis support? Is it possible to use another data for Popular Posts to be filtered?

Unfortunately you can use only a sort on each block, also the the Popular posts can be sort only after posts views, but you can set some more filers for example -> https://i.imgur.com/Nk2cBa5.png these filter can be set using tagDiv Composer on flex blocks and blocks.
