I have navigated to Theme panel > post settings > ajax view count (keep counting with cache plugins)
The feature was already disabled but my posts show a view count.
I toggled it to enable and saved then i disabled and save and the view counts are still showing on the posts.

How do i disable the post views?

Hello @icedogg420 !

It seems that you use cloud templates. So, edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the post view and there you should have some settings in order to hide it.
Please provide a screenshot where this element is appearing, so I can help you efficiently.

Thank you!

Hello,
As per your recommendation I loaded the TagDiv Composer. I clicked on a post and then click on the views icon. The editor shows up on the left like this image. I toggled the button to off for “single post views”. Then press save. I open the same post in an incognito mode browser so there’s no previous cache. The views counter is still publicly showing. Is this button for something else?
TagDiv Composer

Hello @icedogg420!

Actually, that on/off toggle is not for hiding elements. If you hover over that toggle, you can see more info about it: https://prnt.sc/u9J5LU04xkXn
If you want to hide an element, then there is an option in the CSS tab : https://prnt.sc/a694nQat_PFR
Or, if you want to hide that element only in the mobile viewport, then let it “show” in the desktop viewport and hide it only in the mobile viewport: https://prnt.sc/J0iRM2ezOMQ7

Thank you!

Oh ok, I was using the wrong option.

I have just followed your instructions for going in to the css options and that works. Thank you so much

How do i also disable it for when viewing the site on mobile device?

I just found out if I have the editor open and I make my browser window smaller it generated the same mobile view and I was able to hide them using the css option and toggled to each different view in the css option. But if I ever want to make them visible again do I have to add it as an element?

Hello @icedogg420!

You can hide/show on every viewport: tablet viewport -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh and mobile viewport -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
The easy way is to find it in the other viewports: https://www.screencast.com/t/fdFEC5yOodf
If you cannot find it, then check the other method already discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/

Thank you!
