If you have access to the back-end of the site you can simply filter the posts by category and by date: https://www.screencast.com/t/zUsHD1xzAI
or simply search for your post by it’s title.

Sorry but you will have to be more specific. Any at all post or page or categories created go through wordpress. The theme does not matter. Please provide an example of what ‘posted thread’ you are referring to.
