when you visit a post as a guest it appears like you visit it in mobile although i am on desktop!
this DOES NOT happen if you login though

I have inspected your website on mobile and the site seems to work as expected on mobile devices. Provide some useful screenshots with the error so I can identify it and also so I will be able to provide am roe accurate response. First of all, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system.

ok, the problem is NOT that is does not work as expected in mobile devices!!
the problem is that when you visit the site from desktop/laptop it shows like you are on mobile!!!
the following screenshots are using firefox on windows 10 desktop

it happens randomly, if i visit the site some time later the same post might be shown properly or might not!
i have no idea what is causing this
