Hi there,
Whenever we share articles which we created in WordPress to our Facebook page, they can NOT be opened through the mobile facebook app people have usually installed on their android phones. I get an error message saying “Page can not be loaded”.
It works fine from iPhones.
I can open the article through the regular desktop facebook page.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, this type of plugins is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work as properly with our theme or not. Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins. If you want to develop more levels in our theme and you want to do some adjustments through theme’s code for it to work and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

It is NOT a plugin. I can not open any posts from the mobile Facebook application most android phones have installed.
What I do is to copy/paste the post link into Facebook. I can then open the post in Facebook on a desktop computer or on an iPhone but NOT on the native facebook app on Android.

Please open facebook and search for MyGunnedah.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are suing some untested plugins which could interact with the theme code and might create a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Maybe, some of these plugins interfere with the Facebook Android theme and do not allow to access your posts which were shared from the theme.
