posts from a category not showing

in the flex block1 the category filter is not working, the posts are not showing (see image: https://ibb.co/RQMCXHf)

Please check the block with “No posts” and delete it the offset number; leave it empty with no space or value: https://app.screencast.com/Gh9jDf6t0XtLS
