“Posts loop settings” not being displayed on home page template settings – what to do??

Hi,

Please make sure that this option is enable in post options -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sX0iBp1Iv

Also please make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

If the problem is still there please provide some more details and some screenshots.
