Posts not showing up in the right language

Hey there,

I have my website translated into 2 languages that is DE and EN using WPML and the URL’s are .com for German and /en for English.

I use a flex block with the post categories to show my posts that are working correctly on the German page, which means only German posts are showing whatever category is clicked.

But on the EN page it also shows German posts when any category has been clicked. Even more strange is that it actually works correctly when I am logged in as an admin but not for any other normal visitor.

I have correctly translated the categories and the posts.

What am I doing wrong here?

The website is https://www.k-i-e.com/ for German and https://www.k-i-e.com/en for EN.
The section where the posts are shown is the “Content Centre”.

Thanks for your help.

Torsten

Hi,

AS I can see for me are sowing correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/qAYK9ip.png -> https://i.imgur.com/lF1d1ci.png -> https://i.imgur.com/4XBdnfs.png -> https://i.imgur.com/PF8sIgZ.png
maybe it was only some cache problems.

Thank you!

Hey Calin,

I think you misunderstood.

It is about the posts showing up in the wrong language so you have to go to the “contact centre” first of all.

There you can see different posts on the left-hand side with categories above.

Clicking on those categories or next button below should show the different posts in the correct language. It works fine on the German page https://www.k-i-e.com/.

But on the EN page at https://www.k-i-e.com/en clicking those categories or next button also brings up German posts which should not be there when you are not logged into the backend so for the normal website visitors.

It works correctly when you are logged in as an admin.

Cheers,
Torsten

Hi,

make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins and let only the WPML plugin, also if you have cache plugins, please deactivate theme and try again.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!
