Hi,
I have a problem with adding Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest share buttons on both top and bottom of my posts.
The thing is everything works fine but the only share button that’s on the list is Naver.
Any ways to fix this?
Here’s the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/tf5yMNq
Thanks.
*Edit: Yes I tried switching between the styles. It happens to all.

Hello,
This issue happens when updating from an older version of the theme and isolate cases, so please make this adjustment in the tagdiv composer plugin:
https://www.screencast.com/t/HGX40TlcJgb
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to original .this will make the social icons appear properly again.
Or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will fix this problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hey Calin,
I had the same issue and I fix using your comment.
but now I get another issue that I choose specific networks and only
I choosing those:

And this is what I get
https://ibb.co/5LbqKLX
I also choose not to display the share on the top of the post but I do get it.
Hi GalHad, I just made a test and for me is working correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/DJ3zoZv.png -> https://i.imgur.com/qbVuVng.png -> https://i.imgur.com/TfZDsD1.png
Sometimes, this is from cache plugins, if you are using one, make sure that you clear all cache after you made these changes.
Let me know the results!
Hey Calin,
There is no cache plugin installed – I checked on incognito and some of the configuration from the theme panel don’t work for me
This is the configurations:
https://ibb.co/cQdP796
https://ibb.co/SwDLSn6
This is what I see:
https://ibb.co/ZmwTFr1 – Top article sharing is not off. and it don’t display whatsApp sharing
https://ibb.co/PxvwzLr – bottom share – no whatsApp, button design is not what I selected
WHATSAPP ICON is displayed ONLY WHEN Screen width is mobile-like.
The button is hidden while in desktop mode.
The Mobile buttone uses the “whatsapp://” mode that in desktop mode it’s not working.
With desktop mode there should be displayed a link like
https://wa.me/?text=Article+slugged+url
See here
This link brings you to the whatsapp page where you are pompted with “Don’t have whatsapp? Try whatsapp web”
Can you point me to the plugin I can extend so I can add the desktop version of the whatsapp button?

Hi,
Unfortunately for the moment our code implementation is not tracking the whatsApp web to share a link, sorry!
Also I do not know any plugins that can share the links/posts on whatsApp web, I do not say that there are not such plugins, but we do not found/see any until now that ca do this.
Also I noted this as request for our heme and hope it will be add for the coming updates.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
yes it’s something like a (polite) theme impplementation request:
> I do not know any plugins that can share the links/posts on whatsApp web
There is no need of any plugin, just plain html:
On the desktop:
via wjhatsapp web
Then click “Continue and Go to chat” > “Use Whatsapp web”

Hi GalHad, the share are still showing at the top of articles because you are not using a standard post style and you are using a single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library (most probably you have a pro demo installed), these need to be edited using tagDiv Composer an you can use the right click to remove the top social share -> https://i.imgur.com/g7e662x.png -> https://i.imgur.com/o00nXIY.png
