I use wp bakery page builder plugin why can’t see wp baker page editor or your editor except wp ?

You mean that the page builder buttons are not appearing in the page edit screen?

That would be unusual. If the plugins are active the buttons should be there, both WPBakery and the tagDiv composer. Please check if the theme requirements are met as a first step
