Prebuild website not isntalled correctly

All needed system requirements make with hosting. but when installing a prebuilt website it’s not installing correctly. send a support mail more tagdev. not it is 3 days. still no solution

Assign is done by the team for another website. That assigned website is can’t installed pre-build website correctly. I asking help for that. Not assigan process. It had done by your team

The header is not installing. When clicked some buttons on installed pre-build site it redirecting for your official website. Home page is not all installed like pre build site. I have send support mail again. Please make a solution for me. Please
