I am trying to install Artist Pro as a prebuilt website, however when I try to click on the link install I am taken to the top of the page. It is not working.

Hello,
Please let me know if you have installed other plugins; if you have, please deactivate them and let only tagdiv plugins activate, and try to install the artist pro prebuilt website.

Thanks, that worked.
When I was installing I received a warning about a server issue, which suggested I contact the help desk to correct.
I am now unable to upload images to Media.
Can you please advise?
