Hello I added a Single image with js composer
I have set the “on click action” to “Open pretty Photo” but nothing happens.
I have already tried disabling all plugins but the issue persists.
Please advice

If you plan to use Visual composer as the page builder, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. The composers have a different functionality for single images which could produce such issues.

Now with deactivated the tagdiv composer, pretty photo works great.
Apart from that, today something weird happened Simon.
I was working till late hours and site was fine. In the morning all my settings and options have been lost and back to default. Is there something I have to deactivated to prevent this from happening again?

Lost or not saved settings and modifications could be caused by database issues, or maybe insufficient resources. Please ask your hosting provider to increase these server and WordPress parameters if needed
