Previous article / next article field on post page dont go

Hi,
All of a sudden a ” Previous article” & “next Article ” field suddenly appeared. Just below the sharing buttons. i checked and found it can be due to Jetpress plugin. I played with it and ultimately disabled and removed it. but those related fields dont go . can u help

2nd problem Under customization —> Themes option is missing —( this is one place where i can search for Single post setting and may be try removing previous nextarticle ”

Hello,

1. The previous and next article section has always been there. If you are unsure whether a feature is part of the them or not, please check the demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wordpress-news-magazine-charts-the-most-fashionable-new-york-couples-in-2016/
As you can see the next and prev section is present on the demo as well .
It is a default WordPress functionality.

2. Do not use the customizer as the theme options were never designed to work from it.
The post options are found ion post edit and the theme options are found in the theme panel.
