Please provide more details to what plugin are you referring to.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

You probably need to contact the plugin developer for assistance.
Only ‘tested’ plugins are supported by TagDiv, as noted in prior reply (I don’t work here). You can try turning on WordPress debug function, and look at your hosting panel error log to try to debug the issue.
You can also try disabling other plugins to find the ‘conflict.’
If you didn’t save your prior files, you can also request they email you the prior version of Newspaper, but no longer supported.
Same problem here! Need to use wp content crawler but it looks there is a problem between your theme and his plugin.

that there is a lot of people reporting the same issue and he gives some aswers for this.
A lot of people is using wp content crawler and wants to use your theme. Could you please give us a fix for that problem?
In other way I will must to change the theme because all my web is supported on that plugin.
Well, the TagDiv theme can’t “uncover the problem you’re having” without a lot more info. How about your error log, or debug print out when trying to use them both?
If the plugin is designed to capture external content via cURL (not part of theme), and generate posts, that is part of normal wordpress functions, and nothing in theme would break that.
What version of PHP are you using? Did you try disabling other plugins for conflicts? Turn off any auto-optimization features of plugins, check system status for enough resources and time to run processes, etc.?
Many other plugins like FeedWordPress which captures content from other sites’ RSS feeds works perfectly with the theme.
Did you do *all* the recommendations on that support page to check issues with YOUR setup?
Why not list which actions you have taken to debug, and what issue you ran into.
Theme works; not all plugins may work – more often issue with plugin, not the theme; so it’s up to you to try to sort that out for your particular setup.
Just food for thought. Or, hire a developer to debug for you?

Newspaper have the same problem with other plugin that uses cron jobs, this new one is called: “Scrapes”.
Well, I found a fix in Scrapes page that solves both plugins problem, and that fix is in your theme.

you fixed the first file (td_cake.php), but not the second (td_js.php)
When I applied that fix in the second file the plugin runs again and all looks fine.
I write the plugin author to have the fix too, but I think you must fix that because that fix solves, at last, two plugins…
OK, thank you for your suggestion. I will add this to our list and if this request becomes more popular we will consider implementing it into the final product. We have lots of requests and have to prioritize.
