On my Home page I am using Block 2, category Featured. So 6 of my posts (since i cannot pick by post id) are showing up on the top. (not using a slider)
However I have specified that 6 of my posts use the featured category as secondary. Each post is assigned a primary category.
The problem I am having is the permalink is still showing /featured/ when clicked from the home page. I thought it should be linking to the primary category that i assigned it to.(If the posts has multiple categories, the one selected here will show up in blocks.)
Is this a bug?
One solution may be to show by admin, i can always create another user and show those 6 posts in block 2 by user, and maybe it will show the primary category in the permalink. But I’d rather have the primary category feature working.

You can try to add specific tag to those 6 posts or more and filter them by tag, this way you can remove the posts from featured category and leave only the main one.
