Wondering if there is a way to easily add the PDF or a screenshot of the PDF to Newspaper theme – so that the ad has seo, is findable/shareable via the site?
Any examples of what people have done?

There is a workaround for that. Please follow the steps:
1. Install the ACF plugin.
2. Build a field with these settings applied: https://prnt.sc/QtZ0TXke3f-N (Save changes)
3. Use Gutenberg to edit a post/article, then upload your pdf file from Media Library in the field you created. (Update post)
4. Edit the post’s template and add a button with these settings applied: https://prnt.sc/dZW5xvbzU3kK (Save changes)
5. View the post/article and click on the button. It will lead to your pdf file, from where you can download it.
