Private page cannot be accessed with password

Hi there,
I’ve created a page published which has been protected by the password (please see http://screencast.com/t/pfFfc65cWJr3). But if I try to view that page (please see http://wp-dev-ntr24-31ba64cdf656650e14f1f97f34ac243d.ntr24.tv/google-ads/) inserting the proper password, which is “1234”, it cannot be accessed: how can get it accessed?

Hi

The password protect it’s a WordPress built in feature and the theme dos not affect it. I am not sure why this is not working as expected on your side as I’ve test it on my end and works fine. Make sure that you have set the password according with WordPress documentation: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Password_Protection also try do deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also test this with a default wp-theme.
