Apparently, something went wrong with my latest update, so I lost my custom headers and footers, and theme activation disappared.
Now I cannot reactive the theme, when I type in my purchase code I am asked to type in forum username and e-mail it says those names already exists. How to proceed.

Those custom header and footer were made in theme files? or with cloud template ?
