Hello. I’m having a problem adding a video template from the cloud library to my homepage.
Some notes. I’m using the Tagdiv Composer instead of wpbakery. I load up my homepage in the editor, I click the ‘Load Template’ button from the left side menu, and select the option “Latest Videos Section – Town Talk” and click the green ‘Import Section’ button. Nothing happens. I’ve tried this repeatedly on several different computers, browsers, etc.
If I use X to get off the Load Template screen, I very briefly see a pop-under window that says Load Template with a Yes or No choice on it. However, that disappears as quickly as ‘Load Template’ screen when I close it.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

But it works only if you have your own video posts.

Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Unfortunately, I’m not getting far enough to follow your instructions. I can’t install the section. Nothing happens when click the green ‘Import Section’ button.
As previously stated, when I give up and close the screen for the “Latest Videos Section – Town Talk” I very very briefly see a pop-under screen pop-under window that says Load Section with a Yes or No choice on it. However, that disappears as quickly as ‘Load Section’ screen when I close it. I’m never able to see it long enough to select “yes”.
Here’s a video demonstration. You’ll see what I’m speaking of at 23 and 35 seconds about the pop-under window. You will need to pause the video and look at those marks.

You have a plugin conflict. Please deactivate the wp bakery plugin and check afterward.
We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
