It depends on how you implement the adsense. The article inline ads will not display on smartlists as they were disabled for this type of post. For smartlists, the only ads that will display will be the ones from these spots: http://screencast.com/t/4OczslMm8R

I noticed that not only in smart list 6 appear the problems but everywhere.
I noticed that changing the permalink, ads are seen.Then I tried again to restore the previous permalink and ads were still there.

This could be an adsense issue. Please try it with a simple image ad instead and see if the theme renders the ad appropriately. If this is the case, than it;s just the adsense that sometimes has issues in displaying ads. Sometimes ads do not get delivered by google. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the ads.
