Problem after updating the Theme

After updating the Theme for the new version, the “Home” page of my site disappeared, it is all blank.

Since the update is synonymous with everything blank, at least in the admin area. If I disable the plugin td-composer via FTP, the admin area goes back, but I’m not in my posts purely. The homepage itself is displayed correctly.

I also experienced the same problem. Delete the td composer and td multipurpose plugin from WordPress panel. Update the theme first then update multipurpose and lastly the td composer (the plugin updates are in the plugins folder for the new update 8.7).

Thank you my friends. I solved it by excluding “tagDiv Composer” (Version 1.0) and manually installed Version 2.0.

But why are not you having automatic update of the plugin?

Hi,

The composer should be automatically updated after a theme update. Sometimes it seems it is not for some reason. Best to manually update all the theme plugins, just to be sure.

Hello @jhonnyrobson , I have the same issue and i’m trying to find a solution. How did you do to exclude “tagDiv Composer” (Version 1.0)?

I replace the Plugin 5 times by the new one but my admin site is still not working…

Thank you very much!

I exclude (version 1.0) within the same WordPress dashboard. And then I downloaded (Version 2.0) it in Themeforest and installed it again.

It does not work, blank page. I followed the advice above.

Do you use any cache plugins? If you use, after updating the plugin, try clearing the cache or opening the site in a new anonymous browser tab.

hi, I have all the plugins disabled (I use a copy in staging) I can see the site but not the admin part and “edit with TD Composer”. if I delete the plugin via ftp, I can enter admin

if I install the plugin from the theme, I get this error (all plugins disabled, no cdn)
