Problem at WP editor

Hi, I have a problem at WP editor. The problem is the WP editor UI will start shaking after opening any popup window (maybe popup window like picture choosing or everything else). It happens on every computer I have. But other editors don’t have that problem. I tried to clear browser cache, but nothing happend. So what do you suggest?

Unfortunately, I cannot recreate your problem, sorry! Provide some useful screenshots so I can identify the problem. Try to clear all the caches and check the results.
