You can’t have the same footer from the desktop on a mobile theme.
For the mobile theme you can customize it from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png You can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer.

okay, I can’t include a menu in the footer, I have two more questions…1-How can I remove or modify the English words in the mobile version? In the footer it appears about as and in articles it appears in English “related articles” 2- In the desktop version I cannot modify the background image, which is the original one of your template. Where can I change it?

1. For about us and latest, you translate themfrom Theme Panel -> Translations-> Translations or you can simply set a space and then will not be displayed.
2. Usually, the color and image are set on the row, so please edit and select the row and go in the tab https://i.imgur.com/iqpxjpt.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/background-color-of-the-main-menu-be-changed/ please check each row/column/zone and delete the background color/image -> https://i.imgur.com/LgeVdGD.jpg

Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Also, please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and disable the option to minify the css, clear the cache and check after.
