I Want Next & Back Buttons, Not (<1,2,3,4,….>)
How can I change these settings in the template ?

Please provide more details to where exactly on a page you want to change the pagination. For blocks please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Unfortunately for the latest articles there is no setting to change the pagination. You will have to customize it. If you want to alter the code, the function can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LgF66caskk
