Problem in the Desktop view

I have dit all the updates, the issue is that in the back office the website view is ok, but out in other browsers the home page looks completely different, with no photos appearing the fonts are white, etc. The wesite has a terrible view live, have a look here ( https://supportmydata.gr ) and have a look here how is the view in the back office. I Have tried to do things but no results, any idea what can I do?

Hi,

Please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and disable the option to minify the css and clear the cache.

I just did it, but the problem still exists. no change takes effect, also I cleared the cache.
