Problem in Theme styles blocks

hi,

We chooses block16 and block1 and block2 style from theme panel. but it did not worked as expected.
for example: https://www.geospatialworld.net/

We had these ( block16 and block1 and block2 ) styles in our earlier version. see from archive
https://web.archive.org/web/20161009120301/https://www.geospatialworld.net/

But after updation it did not worked as expected.

please advice.
