Problem installing plugins

Hi, I’ve purchased my second license for your theme and with the first website all was good. Now, with my second website I have problem installing the premium recommended plugins. When I try to install tagdiv social counter or Slider Revolution, after WordPress throws me the error “Authorization Required”.

What can I do?

Usually a permission problem on ownership of the ‘directories’ (e.g., wp-content/)

Simplest answer is to upload via FTP.

Thanks for your answer, but I think that’s not the problem. I have no problems installing any other plugin. The error I get is the following:

The extension does not have a valid header.

Hi,
Please install the plugins from here: http://screencast.com/t/db9rj2ky1 and remove any version you already have installed beforehand. if they still will not work, then please try to upload the plugins via ftp as Chris suggested. They can be found in the main newspaper package: http://screencast.com/t/nJ9HoFit9tsX
