On wordpress 6.2 and theme 12.3 with mobile tagDiv plugin disabled I cannot see the menu only on real mobile smartphone (on chrome simulation is ok) when I click on hamburger menu and search button the menu.
If I make one inspect on debugging with real device I see there is the data but I cannot understand why it isn’t visible (css/js issues maybe).
I see on mobile isn’t loaded newspaper theme 12.3.1 as in desktop (but I don’t know if it ok).

I checked, and the menu doesn’t also work in the simulator.
Please do a test using only tagdiv plugins, without any plugin for cache and check after.
