[Problem] No domains associated with your license key

Hi, although I have activated the license, the theme returns the following message: No domains associated with your license key.

How can I associate my domain with the purchased theme license?

Yes, same problem here. Tried to deactivate and activate, still the same error message. Tried also with another license (not registered on any site), same error.

Since updating to 12.3.1

Registered
But no domains show as associated.
Not sure how to register/unregister now either…

The screenshot posted by “chrisfoxatx” is about exactly the same problem I experience.

Can anyone help us with this?

Hi,

We can take a look so, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and cPanel login and the license certificate and purchase code.

Thank you!

Me too. tagDiv, please update this thread with an estimate on when we can get our sites up and running again. This is incredibly devastating to us that depend on our sites for our businesses!

I tried using your email at contact@tagdiv.com and was auto-responded with a message telling me:
———
For Customer Support requests, please make sure that you send us the following (reply to this email):

– Your ThemeForest license code (Item Purchase Code with an active support period)

– The URL to your website and all the relevant details about your situation (if applicable)

How to find your License Code: . . .

I have owned this product for years, and never make support calls, so I don’t subscribe to your Support service because I don’t need it. What I do need is for my product to work. Please let me know when I can get back to work.

  • This reply was modified 3 years by tipkilby. Reason: Because I am mad at the auto-responder telling me that I need "active support" for a problem that I have nothing to do with. Your company put out a defective update, as witnessed by these folks and myself who spent most of the day trying to figure out this problem!

Let’s try and find what is similar about the ones of us experiencing problems.

I’m on a multisite setup with each multisite having its own domain. F.i.
host1. mycompany. com runs the multisite hub
newssite1 .com ~ multisite install 1 <– Newspaper license 1 for now.
newssite2 .com ~ multisite install 2 <– Future licenses

Maybe for everyone in this thread, comment the following

[] I’m on a standalone WP install
[] I’m on a multisite install (main site)
[] I’m on a multisite install (folder/subdomain based)
[] I’m on a multisite install (own domainname)
