Problem Plugin Instagram

I bought the theme newspaper. But the plugin “tagDiv Social Counter”is a problem. When I put the instagram plugin appears zeroed. Stay with 0 followers.

Hello Cassiano,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and also, the latest version of the required plugins (Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.11.2). Please notice that the theme was fully tested and the Instagram is working as expected. Also, please ensure that your Instagram ID is a correct one and public (not private from the Instagram settings). Try to clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

Same problem here. I have the 8.7 theme and my social counter doesn´t count neither twitter or facebook. What should I do? My website is on the http://54.207.117.78
How do I solve it?
