Problem save Analytics Code

Hello,

I have a problem put the google analytics code, I put my code on the textBox but when i click save settings the page dont save, it put the “clock” and dont save.

¿Some solutions?

Hi,

Try to open the browser console and save the settings, see if any error appears – http://screencast.com/t/Zx7Hc9QPW
I suspect the access to the admin-ajax.php file is restricted from the serves, in this case you have to talk with the server administrator to remove the restriction.

The console throws an error:

SCRIPT7002: XMLHttpRequest: Error de red 0x2ef3, No se puedo completar la operación debido a un error 0002ef3.
File: admin.php

The error is in Spanish, sorry.

Is this a permisions error?

Same problem for me.
The error from console is:

500 Internal Server Error
1.91s
load-sc…ver=4.1 (riga 4)
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”

I discovered now that all theme options give me the same error when save.
