In the mobile theme panel I don’t see the “Post setting” option which is present on my other websites

Please deactivate the tagdiv Standard Pack plugin.

deactivated and I see the post setting but I lose all the formatting of the site in the sense that I only see alphanumeric codes

So, you use elements from tagDiv Standard Pack; then the settings will apply from Post Settings https://i.imgur.com/E8Wgvuf.png
