I have the working version 8.2 installed, but when I try to switch to 8.7 (8.7.2), I see only a white screen. What am I doing wrong?
Deactivate and delete the tagdiv composer (and tagdiv multipurpose if you use it) and then install the updated ones that came with the new theme version.
I already did what you explained but it is not working.

This issue was regarding a white screen after enabling the tagdiv composer. No one mentioned multi-purpose elements. Please activate the multi-purpose plugin and disable all non theme plugins for testing.

White screen is not my problem. Some how problems are mixed up it is some one else!s problem.
My problem is simple
I was not able reach multipurpose shortcodes and lading pages, I was told it was beceuse of not to load multipurpuse plugin which I did and problem has not been solved. Later I received support mail unistal tagdiv composer and multi purpose plug in and reinstall them again and stop other plug in which I did and my problem has not been solved. I still can not see multipurpose short coded in my tagdiv composer screen.
How can I solve them.
