Problem while switching theme to "Urban Observer"

I have installed the news theme “Urban Observer” but when I opened my home page I am getting the following error messages.

page content template not set!
cloud_template content template not set!

How to rectify the issue.

I am also not able to edit with Tagdiv Composer.

Hi,
I just tested that demo and for me looks to work ok – https://i.imgur.com/Fz68m90.jpg
Can you please check it using only the theme plugins and to make sure that the demo has been correctly installed.

Can you do install the Urban Observer theme from your end because if again error occurs then I have to revert back to the original theme and setup all the other features.?
