You said Visual Composer, not our page builder tagdiv Composer.
AdSense has different types. For example, if in the documentation said the code should be added in the head tags, then this can be to set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq -> https://infotechapb.com/disable-top-adsense-anchor-ads/
Also, make sure the ads are approved.

I confirm tag div composer. With adsense everything is ok and the code has been entered correctly, however the problem is not solved. I noticed that if I disable the mobile theme plugin the ads appear.

So, you use a mobile theme, but the mobile theme is different for the mobile responsive version.
Add the ads code in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Mobile ads.
