Problem With Ads. PLEASE HELP

Ok here I go. Been trying to get this resolved for over a year but now I need it to work.

When someone clicks on the header ad or a sidebar ad or any of the ads I want it to go to the website that is running the ad. Perhaps i did something wrong but my website does not work like that.

here is the code for the header ad in theme settings

I can’t define a link here can I? I know I can’t do it in media section on the image…tried that… it won’t make it a clickable link that goes to the ads website.

CAN SOMEBODY THERE HELP ME and not just pass me off. This should be simple if google ads can be clicked why can’t I make this clickable.
