Hi, I am having problem with adsense ads. While using your theme, I realise that adsense code are not loaded first before the website is loaded. And I suspect this is why I see a big difference between the views on ads on adsense report and what I see from the traffics coming to my site. The different is around 70% which is alot. I am losing alot of ad revenue as a result.
Next, I need help to reset the license so that I can install the themes again. The nature of my work is that I install your theme on to a newly created site and test to see if there is demand. When there is no demand, I will delete the site and reinstall the theme on another of my brand new site. I have fulfilled the license agreement and kept installation to one site each time. However at the moment, I am not able to install the theme anymore as my purchase code has reached its limit (i have purchased from themeforest), please help to reset this license. I tried emailing to your support but they direct me to envato. I go to envato and they ask me to come to you guys. I am really confuse what should I do now. Please help.

You could try to use you adsense code in a wordpress text widget and see if it happens the same like using it in the theme’s spots.
