Hi, we have an issue with post created after installing 12.4 updated. Since we installed this update we need to deactivate mobile theme plugin everytime we change something in the blog to get proper view of front page in mobile devices. We need to reactivate it to get that AMP pages work.
Now we can see our main page properly but the last post created https://mifamiliaviajera.com/ruta-fabricas-textiles-bejar/ or https://mifamiliaviajera.com/ruta-laguna-de-las-verdes-babia/ with the new update we can see desktop version, but the AMP version (in mobile devices) looks to charge but a black pop up appears

and we can´t close or do anything with it, it only appears on post created after installing the update. If we deactivate mobile them plugin we can see the post as in this picture

but AMP don´t works properly so it´s impossible to see the pictures and the elements….
We will try to deactivate amp in this post until we fix a solution.
Kind regards
Ana

We can fix the problem deactivating the plugin pop up maker. Can you tell us a solution for this issues with AMP pages, and the main mobile page appearance? (we need to deactivate and activate again mobile theme plugin every time we change anything in the page).
Can we do the same that we do with the pop up maker plugin with conditional pop up windows with the newspaper theme?
Kind regards Ana

Hi,
From what you said, it seems to be a compatibility problem between the popup maker plugin and the mobile theme plugin.
Unfortunately, I can’t suggest a possible fix because I haven’t tested that plugin, but if you want, you can contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary access to investigate this problem, in this way, we will be able to suggest a possible fix.
Thank you!

Hi Calin, thank you for your answer, we are going to deactivate the plugin and use the pop up short code with tag div composer. We suppose we must include the short code in the footer if we want to display it in all the pages of the web.
On the other hand… we have another issue, every time we change something in the web our main page is not displayed correctly in mobile devices, we must deactivate the mobile theme and reactivate it again (to display AMP pages).. is this an error of 12.4 version?
Kind regards, Ana

Hi,
The problem related to deactivating and reactivating the mobile theme plugin is as if there is a cache problem and when the plugin is deactivated and reactivated it is deleted.
Thank you!

Hi Calin we know that we solve the problem deactivating and activating again mobile theme but we would like to know what is the cause of the main page not showing correctly on mobile devices every time we change something since we updated to 12.4 version.
