Problem with Background and Widgets

Hi, today, when I refresh my web the background and widgtes disappeared, can you help me please, I use Newspapar v7.8

Hi,

Please check your sidebar from Widgets area and verify if your widgets are still there.
Please make sure you don’t use any strange characters or specific language letter(like Ú) to your sidebar name – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sidebars-not-working/
Also please deactivate all your plugins except Visual Composer and check again the result.

Hi,

I have inspected your website, but I see that you have a background image set at the moment

These are the options that you ca use to configure the background image.
Also I do not see any problems with the widgets in the sidebars on your website

Please correct me if I misunderstand.
