In the demo (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/homepage/) the big slide have one big images and the small images. I manage to create this, but, the problem is that the image for a post do not get big in the slider. I tried to use a big image in the post, but then the image got big in the post to.

the 745×483 image should work well on the slider and it should also be cut for the posts. If you have a dedicated server or vps … please make sure you have the gd library installed and appropriate permissions. It looks like wordpress can’t cut the images.

To check if you have GD library installed follow the steps from here: http://www.websitecamp.com/check-php-gd-library-installed-or-not
also check if you have appropriate permission on the UPLOAD folder
