Problem with buttons style (woocommerce widget)

Hi, a have style problem with woocommerce widget in theme.
Buttons in cart widget looks good when i’m in shop, but when i serf on site (it’s another sidebar, newspaper default) – buttons in cart widget looks bad…

What can you advice? I think proble in CSS file, but where and what…
P.S. I disable all plugins(left just VC and Woocommerce) – nothing change. Make fresh install at all – nothing change.
