problem with color settings

Hi there,
I’m a new customer of your Newspaper theme since yesterday. First I must say, Thanks for such a great Theme. Like it very much, alot of usefull features to play around 🙂
Unfortunately I have a little problem with the theme settings, especially the theme colors, that I can’t fix.
Most of the settings works fine and everything seems ok, but when I change the theme colors nothing is changed on the mainpage. I can select the colors, press save, the cubes rolling and the settings will saved, but when I look at my homepage nothing is changed. Then back to the settings, all colors are back to the standard settings.
No errors and everything seems fine, but the changes simply haven’t any effect.
The same problem occurs when I use the custom css feature, settings will saved correctly, but have no effect. Back to the settings and the field is empty again.
I tried, a fresh install, deactivate/uninstall all plugins, with and without the the demo data…, but nothing helps with this tiny problem. What works is, when I use the predefined styles, but this is not what I want.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Any idea what the problem is? Any help is appreciated.
