Good evening.
I created a page with TagDivComposer, which has a title, then a body with two columns, and then an image below it. The layout looks perfect in the design, and I can edit it for all device sizes. However, when I open it on a mobile phone, only the title, the right column, and the bottom image appear; the left column is hidden. If I rotate the phone to landscape mode, the space where the left column should be is empty.
What could be the reason? It’s really frustrating.
Thank you very much.
Hi,
There could be more situations, if in the tagDiv Composer is displaying, then it can be related to an extra plugin interfering, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Another situation is to have the column sticky and there can be some problems with that option, if possible, please provide a link where I can investigate the problem.
Check if the sidebar column is under the main column or over it.
Thank you!
Good morning.
I’ve attached the link to the page so you can tell me if there’s a problem or if I’ve done something wrong. As I mentioned, I created the page from scratch, and the column that doesn’t appear on the phone is the one for “Fedeacyl licenses.”
While I’m at it, the banner on the left never appears in landscape tablet mode, and no logo appears on mobile, even though it does appear on the homepage.
Thank you very much, and I hope there’s a solution, because many of the pages will be in that format.
Hi,
I just checked the page and for me both columns, the first one is https://i.imgur.com/xGk54Dl.png, https://i.imgur.com/ikNoZ9N.png what I do not see if the mobile header.

Thank you!
Good morning,
In your screenshot, the “fedeacyl licenses” column is also hidden. If you view it on a computer, or even resize it in your browser, all the columns appear. However, on mobile, only “fedeacyl licenses” and the “accidents” section are visible; as I mentioned, “fedeacyl licenses” remains hidden.
Let me explain how it’s laid out.
Row. It occupies the entire space with the page name.
Row with separator.
Row divided into two columns: one has the information for “fedeacyl licenses” and the other for “Feddi licenses”.
Row with HTML containing the “action process” table.
As I said, it’s very strange because everything is visible on the computer, and if you reduce the page size, you first see the page name, then “fedeacyl licenses”, then “Feddi licenses”, and finally “sports accident table”.
I’ve looked at the header and I can’t figure it out.
Thanks for your time and I hope you can help.
Good morning,
I have already found the problem. Even if you haven’t seen what I explained to you, it’s simply that when I created the page, I created it with a sidebar, which is why one of the columns I mentioned to you, “LICENCIAS FEDEACYL,” didn’t appear. Of course, after editing the page with TAGDIV, I can’t find a way to change it to a page without a sidebar, so I’ll have to create another page and do it again.
Thank you very much for your help, and sorry for bothering you.
What I can’t manage to fix is the horizontal banner; only the logo on the right appears, not the web banner on the left. …
Hi,
I’m really glad you were able to resolve it, and I’m sorry I didn’t catch the issue sooner to offer my help!
I see both banners the logo on the left and the banner ad on the right (https://i.imgur.com/CeruauW.png). If you’re not seeing the banner, it might be due to an ad blocker being enabled on your browser.
Thank you!
Good morning, in principle it is resolved that all the columns appear, you just have to be careful with how I configure the homepage for these things.
Regarding the HEADER, it is clear that in mobile horizontal size the ‘deporteadaptado’ header logo stops being visible and I can’t find a way to make both logos visible without changing everything on the page, but well, I will keep looking for solutions.
Thanks for everything.
Hi,
You need to use the tagdiv Composer to edit the header version on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/cK5z1c5.png – https://i.imgur.com/7Jy7u1x.png (you can set everything you want in the mobile menu zone, this will not be displayed on desktop).
