Problem with Content Editor

Hi,

The Visual tab in the content editor of page & post is unclickable. No action happens when i click the tab. The content editor tools are also not showing. This is how is looks like now: http://touristicmalaysia.touristic360.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2016/09/ScreenHunter_329-Sep.-20-17.17.jpg

I don’t know what is causing this, i already updated the WordPress, Theme & Plugins.

Can you please advice me how can i fix this issue?

Hi

I assume that there is a conflict between Visual Composer and another plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
