I had created 25 Custom Ads following your guide, but when I updated the theme from WordPress they have been deleted again and reduced to 5.
I know that you can put the banners from each page in the custom form, but I have many banners repeated by different pages and that would mean changing one by one… Can’t you leave it fixed in some way that the Custom ads created don’t disappear? It is very difficult for me now to have to modify the code of the templates again to add 20 more.

It is not normal that different ads / elements / content to dissapear out of the blue. You will have to make sure that you are not facing either a plugin conflict or a caching issue.
First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Hi, I don’t think I explained myself well or you didn’t understand me. They have disappeared because when I updated the theme and the plugins, the code I put by hand following your tutorial has been deleted.
Here (https://imgur.com/a/pjPWcXK) you can see that there are 5 custom ad, I had created 25 in total that appeared there. When updating, they have all been deleted, as you can see in the screenshot. Is there a way that this will not be lost when updating?

I am sorry for misunderstanding !
They may have disappeared because the update has changed some files, you will need to re-create them. Please note that theme files are not update proof.
