I’m working with a custom header based on Cloud Template. Some rows and columns are not displayed in Phone Version (everything look fine in tablet and desktop but not in phone). What could be happening?

When using the header manager you have the ability to select which viewport to edit as you can see it here:
So when you want to edit your mobile header you should be able to selet the Mobile Menu and start customizing it with Newspaper Theme.

You can use it but some of the viewports will require adjustments. You can do that by editing each viewport in the header manager as you can see it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
