Then install the demo “Black Version” the Home screen says this error “Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/demofcpanama/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_video_playlist_render.php on line 164”

Please contact your host and make sure that php multibyte module is installed and activated – http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
