You can certainly export the dbase via your hosting panel.
(I don’t work here.)

But i want to know if is possible to get the string from database and not inside the theme panel.

Hi,
The Export/Import feature affects only the options in the theme panel. It is useful when you are moving your website for example, then you simply copy the code from the respective section and import the settings on the new install. Or for periodic backups maybe.
There is no setting or option in the theme to export or import data from the database
